The entire staff that I have had dealings with have been absolutely outstanding.. They Run a top notch facility I had triple bypass surgery the end of April and have been going there for almost 36 visits and it has helped me tremendously and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that has had open heart surgery or other heart conditions, they are a top-notch facility in my opinion
The facility on Creasy (with this phone number) is clean and well staffed. Staff is friendly. I feel better knowing that I don't have to worry about exercising. I do recommend asking question, "what is my heart rate now" etc., so that if you self-monitor you know what is good and safe. I had mitral valve replacement and am 64 years old. I was pretty active prior to heart trouble - but returning to it with a pacemaker is a bit scary. Also, I recommend to the cardio rehab people that they do not ask anyone to read weight out loud. Many people are ashamed, especially after having had to have such serious treatment.
They absolutely cannot expect cardiac patients to wear a mask while exercising. This is complete insanity. I just called and canceled my appointments, it's time for common sense in the medical community, if a patient has had all shots then stop with this mask requirement it's ridiculous. You either believe in the shots or you don't....!!
They have been absolutely worst to deal with! They have no integrity and honesty! They will take the skin of your back if they can and will try to screw you over at any cost (a very high cost actually)!!! My family and I will never ever visit this place even if it's the last hospital in the world!
