My experience was great with Elizabeth Riddell. She spent time with me explaining my medications and answering all my questions I had. She discussed future treatments and forward procedures needed. I'm very happy with her.

Dr. Riddell was not caring knor was she compassionat. She acted like my mother was annoying her with just being in her presence. We waited for almost 2 hours for her to even get in the room and it was just not a pleasant experience after that. She was rushed and acted very aggravated as to why my mother was there. Most of the nursing staff were no friendly and very short. The only staff that acted like they cared was her receptionists at the front desk.
