I want to start out saying my past experiences with Dr. Riddel were positive and she seemed like a very caring Doctor. My last appointment not so much. I'm not sure what is all going on in her life, none of my business, but last visit she was visibly upset. My blood pressure was high, my wife has been not feeling well. Instead of trying to figure out all that was going on I felt like she was putting all the blame on me, which I feel doesn't help the situation. She had issues with my blood work which she said didn't have potassium levels, I said I was sure that it was on there. She just scrolled through what she had so fast I couldn't find it either. Because she couldn't find the potassium levels she would not prescribe some of my medication, which I understand. I went home and looked on my hard copy of my blood work and found the potassium results, so I ran it back into her office. My prescriptions were then turned in. Anyway, don't want to be too long with this. She has requested PB reading. At this point, because she is leaving, I have my next appointment with Dr. Hansen. I would like to go ahead and turn in my reading and let Dr. Hansen see them and work with him. Thank you Earl "Kenny" Taylor

I was greeted by a lady at the desk when I entered the office. She was friendly and helpful. The nurse was friendly and efficient as well. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Schlaifer and he was very nice to speak with.

The check-in/check-out clerks are very friendly and professional. The nurses are thorough and personable. Dr. Hansen explains his reccommended tests and details the results. He takes time to ensure all information is understood. His quiet demeanor is welcomed and takes any anxiety away. I appreciate him and his office

Pr registration easy . Staff courteous and friendly. Did not wait very long long for doctor after entering exam room. Nursing staff tespectfo& helpful. Doctor did not rush and answered questions.
