Had to wait quite a while for actual appointment and arrived 15 minutes prior as instructed. Had called 2-3 times regarding test results from 6Aug24 with no reply until appointment...a bit frustrating to say the least. On the positive side, staff is very friendly and professional. Dr.Nechay is great. He takes time to explain things in a way that is understood. I like his professionalism and low-key mannerisms. Would highly recommend. He earned my complete trust at my first visit.
Though I really like Dr Nechay and have been going to him for several years, I will not make another appointment with him because of his office staff. Though I am on Medicare and have a supplemental insurance to cover what medicare does not, I get payment invoice requests saying I am uninsured and request payment. Each time I arrive for an appointment I make sure my Medicare insurance and supplemental info is in their "system". Very disapointing as my other Acension Dr's and PA's offices do file with Medicare and my Part G provider and do not, like Dr Nechay's office who Do Not file with Medicare and my provider for payment and direct bill me for services with a non insured discount.
