Dr. Carlson is knowledgeable, understanding, easy to talk too. She never let's a person just sit in the office. She is so prompt and remembers details that you wouldn't expect. Dr. Carlson is funny, cheerful, hopeful and you leave knowing you have received the best care.
I am so disappointed in this doctor from my first appointment to this past appointment a few days ago. I was kind and listened to her. At the end of the appointment she said she was going to up my water pill. I asked her to send it to my home delivery pharmacy. This pharmacy is in my files, she sends it to the wrong pharmacy and when I emailed her that it was wrong her response was. What prescription are you talking about and the pharmacy was in some other state. I was so upset with this that I haven't responded back. There are a lot of great doctors at this office and the staff is great.
I feel I am in great hands with Dr Annan. So professional and personal at the same time. I feel Dr Annan and Dr Scheffler had saved my life each time I had seen them. Super Docs!
I would rate it a 1/2 star. The dr. came in yell at me. He wouldn't listen to me at all. He said I was there 2 months, I try to tell him it's been since 2023 I have been. He wouldn't listen at all. I wouldn't recommend him to nobody and I won't be going back.
Love Dr Annan, he's very personable and willing to say the hard things because he truly cares about his patients.
