Everyone is pleasant and supportive. No long waiting, Procedures are explained in detail and they ask if you have any additional questions. The physician's nurse has been very helpful in relaying information to my doctor and getting back to me prior to my surgery.

Good hospital. Be prepared to do a lot of walking. It's a big place. There is a Starbucks on campus.
