I wish I could give zero stars. She is the absolute worse doctor I have ever experienced in my life. She walked out of our appointment - twice - because we are upset that my husband is dying of a rare heart disease that she has zero idea how to treat. Instead of being sympathetic to our concerns and prescribing the medication to treat the disease all she had to say was "I've gone above and beyond for you" (the "above and beyond" was speaking to him over the phone to tell him the results of his test). She said she didn't want to deal with us and we could just go to Franciscan. When we pressed her for answers, instead of answering our questions and being sympathetic, she walks out of our appointment, gets an associate to bring into the office, and continues to tell her "everything she's done for us" - which equaled to nothing.
