Dr. Ball is a caring doctor and takes time with his patients. Since I have an aneurysm I was going to request a CT scan so we could measure the size of it to compare against last year but he was a step ahead of me and he was requesting the CT scan. Was happy to hear that we were in the same page.
My first meeting went great -- he spoke to me in the same calm, confident tone I've heard from my best doctors in the past. I felt relaxed and really happy that we're on the same page.
Dr. Ball was thorough and attentive and prompt to not only see me after my primary care docto's referral, but in establishing a plan of care for me. He was professional, but his calm demeanor helped put me at ease as I was nervous to be having issues warranting a cardiology appointment in the first place!
Dr K Ball and his staff received me with the utmost professionalism. Dr K Ball was very patient when listening to my concerns and addressed them demonstrating a great command for his profession.
My visit with Dr. Ball was tremendous. He had a long well experienced insight into my issues and was very good at explaining the complexities and the challenges that I have before me. He spent all the time that I could ask with me answering my questions and made me feel very much at ease with my situation. All in all was a great visit.
