Dr. Natarajan is not professional and very knowledgeable, he really listens and is sensitive to the needs of his patients. He always makes me feel safe, comfortable and at ease with him. His knowledge, caring manner, professionalism, and expertise have kept coming back to him for over two decades. I can trust him.
Our adult daughter with disabilities had great care from Dr. Natarajan and his team. He considered her challenges as he planned the course of treatment and then adjusted along the way to avoid a second procedure.
Dr. Natarajan seemed ok until I decided not to go along with the treatment option that he wanted. I was told "you can't make these decisions" even though he gave me the option of two courses of treatment that would rectify my situation. Once in surgery, Dr. Natarajan veered from the decided plan and said he didn't feel comfortable with what I decided. I would not trust Dr. Natarajan with my health needs ever again.
Never again the bad day didn't take me at appt time when into the exam room a man open door and then another person the nurse aide didn't speak the language and enter didn't ask me who I was just start asking me alot of questions When I go to the doctor that only see once year I want to see a doctor not the nurse practitioner. I told them at the appt desk that I wanted to see the doctor. I will not return again
He saved my friends life. I will always be grateful. He was upbeat and either him or one of his staff updated me during procedure.
