Dr Zanotti has performed two major heart surgeries for me. In October of 2019, he successfully implanted a Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD). In June of 2025, he performed a successful heart transplant for me. He is a great surgeon and honestly, I owe my life to him and his team. His skill is second to none and in both cases, I have recovered well and quickly. The transplant has me feeling like a new man, only 30 years younger. His bedside manner is very personable, giving you straight and understandable information while making sure of what he expects of you to aid in your recovery. This is so important for a successful outcome. Thank you so much for all you did for me! I would not be here today if it wasn't for you and your team.

I had half of a double-bypass surgery on August 3rd, 2021.
The first week after that was the worst week in my entire life.
Held in a Windowless Dungeon full of people that hated me.
My life has been a living hell ever since then.
They missed several facts, and failed to do their due diligence, and therefore trashed their Hippocratic Oath.
So they actually damaged me permanently, instead of helping me. And I have been trying to heal myself every since. Only partially successful.
But they made the MBAs, the Boards, Big Pharma and the business interests happy. Those "stats" are far more important to them than what actually happened, or what damage they did to me.
While I have suffered with misery day and day out for the last 5 years. Finally found that they not only failed at Due Diligence and Adequate Testing, but also misdiagnosed me at several points.
Ascension St. Vincent, famous for making Medical Treatments into Medical Torture. Continuing torture that is sustained for years.
I would advise any other Hospital System over St. Vincent's. They seem to me nothing more than Sadistic Monsters.

I have written volumes about it, and will eventually write a book. If those "complications from surgery" don't take me out first.

From the very beginning, Dr. Zanotti and his staff were on point.
They stayed in contact before, during and after my valve replacement and triple bypass.
I never felt like I was just a number. They constantly kept working to give me the best information and keep me informed.
Thanks to all.

Before my triple bypass surgery Dr. Zanatti explained in plain language what the medical plan was. When he would visit my room following the surgery he would ask me questions that indicated he was truly trying to assess my condition rather than just checking a box. Upon my reply, it was clear he was he was evaluating my response and not rushing to the next question. If there had been an issue, he would have picked up on it. He was especially understanding to my wife and daughter (who is a physician). He was patient with my daughter who had multiple technical questions. Outstanding Surgeon - I recovered in record time.
