Jodi in the ER who was exceptionally good and made the experience easier to deal with. Kimmie, Holly, Suhayla, Willie were very understanding, caring, always explaining and taking the next step to ensure all my anxieties were calmed when I needed it. There did not candy coat, but was to the point ensuring that how they explained was just as important as what they said. My daughter was there the whole visit and the two of us left remembering how well they took care of me.

All the nurses and staff , Nurse Johna , and Amy , and Bimtou were amazing and caring . All the OR staff comforted me and related to me as a human not just a body and made my nerves calm . Dr. Keating was very informative, caring and efficient. He was thorough in explaining the before and after . Thank you all for making my first cardiac experience in procedures go smoothly , I felt safe and cared for .
