Dr Marsden is very knowledgeable and a great surgeon. He explained everything in detail but in a way that was very understandable for those without medical knowledge. He provided great physical care and with a common sense approach, gave the goals of what would need to happen in order to progress and to leave the hospital in a timely manner. He has a very straight forward and caring approach to how he deals with the patient and the family. All of my family and friends who met him after the surgery were very impressed by his knowledge, care and the time he took to explain things and even his care of advising some of them they need to be checked.
