I appreciate and have the highest respect for nurse Bettina Thomas. At my appointment last week I was amazed by her throughness in knowing all about my hospital stay..Shes kind, compassionate and very prepared at your time of appointment. She listens and answers all questions about your illness. I find her a 5 star out of 5.
Bettina was excellent! She was knowledgeable and very 'user friendly'. She had the opportunity to also discuss my concerns with one of the electro-cardiologists in the office, so I received extra info. Bettina listened to, heard my concerns and took them seriously. It became obvious that, in addition to being very professional, that providing solid, patient-centered care was also a 'calling' for her. The ancillary staff seemed the same, as well. I recommend Bettina and Ascension strongly and without any reservations. I will be certain to follow up with them now that I feel well educated regarding my options. I've been going to this location since 2010 and she and Dr Trippi are absolutely the best! I'm not even joking! Go check them out if you need a cardio doctor.
