Dr. Hermiller is truly at the top of his field. He provides exceptional care, listens attentively, and treats every patient with genuine compassion. His personality is a true bonus--kind, engaging, and reassuring.

The staff at the St Vincent Heart Center were very knowledgeable and caring. Morgan was my day nurse. She was excellent and always available if I needed anything. She explained everything that was going to happen as I progressed thru my recovery and prepping me for discharge.

The doctor and nurses are very kind and knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure having Ann as my nurse. She was so helpful. Dr. Walts was great, patience, and a wonderful physician. I would recommend this practice to everyone. Dr. Walts is the best cardiac surgeon.

The surgeon appears to be amazing but The nurse who claimed we would have a phone call to schedule the surgery no later than the end of October 1. Here I am afternoon of October 2 still no phone call. This is your problem at this hospital altogether every time I was supposed to receive a phone call I did not and it took forever. The waiting game is not fun for someone with a bad heart. Please try to work on this in the near future.

My husband visited the ER recently. Bonita, Lynn and Dr. Venis gave him such great care. They discovered his issue which showed us how thorough they were. When it was not determined to be heart related they were wonderful in making plans for his safe transport and room at 86th street.
