Dr Ajam is the best heart doctor I have had. He literally save my life. He was the only doctor that listened to me when I really could not understand or explain what was happening to my heart. Thank you for being an awesome doctor that actually listens to his patients and because of you I can live better with Afib.

Exactly a year ago today, my dad had an outpatient procedure(cardiac ablation) done with Dr Samer Ajam out of St Mary's Hospital in Hobart. He told my dad he'd be home in time for Monday night football and dinner! Dr Ajam punctuated a hole in my dad's pericardium(sac surrounding heart) which led to cardiac arrest, life saving measures had to be given and a cardiac thoracic surgeon had to be called to place a chest tube into my dad to drain the blood! He was put on a ventilator and sent to the ICU. 6 weeks later on Christmas Day he died at Community Hospital. My dad never made it home for Monday night football or dinner! In fact, my dad never ate or drank again after his procedure! Dr Ajam and St Mary's Hospital failed my dad from the time he walked in there!

Dr. Ajam has been my doctor for a while now. He is professional and kind. He takes time with his patients and has a friendly attitude. But don't let that fool you, he knows his stuff. His office staff is very nice and if you need something, they are on it. I have referred others to him who are also happy being his patients.

I have lived with Afib for 16yrs and seen several Electrophysiolgist. I also, tried Loyola for years with very little progress. Dr.Ajam has taken the time with me to put together a short and long term plan. He has put together a intervention plan for me that put me into a position getting my afib Under Control with minimal medications. The attention he put into my difficult case/situation as created positive outcome. Dr. Ajam is man of integrity and I recommend him to anyone.
