Greenwood Internal Medicine (Dr. Ali M Dohan)

Dr.Dohan is truly one of the best doctors you can get. He cares for you and your health. He truly wants to see you thrive as a person. I was recommended to him from a friend of mine. I do not regret the decision on seeing him instead of my previous doctor. He truly listens to you and your concerns. When I first came to his office, I was a little confused about the location, but don't let that get in the way of seeing an amazing doctor. The front reception is also amazing. I love speaking to them and getting that phone call a day before my visit. Everyone there will treat you like family as soon as you step in the door. You may need to wait awhile, but it is worth it. He takes time with your concerns and won't just kick you out after 30 minutes. Wait times are always different but the time Dohan takes for you is spectacular. They are honestly one of the best places to go for a doctors visit.

So let me start with if you are looking to get in and out quickly this is not the doctor's office for you. However, if you are looking for a doctor's office that truly cares about you and your wellbeing then this is the place for you. If he needs to spend an hour with you instead of the 15 minutes most doctors do then they will. They take the time to get to know you and truly understand your medical needs. Some of the best staff. They have never not been friendly. Then Dr. Doahan is so caring, kind, patient, and straight to the point. I recommend him to all my friends and family.

Dr Dohan is an incredible human being. I was instantly impressed with the fact that he genuinely cares about you as a person. His manner is professional, yet personal. I have been seeing him for about 4 years now and plan to continue doing so as long as he is within driving distance. He has handled any issue I have had with very personable precision and I am a far healthier human today because of him.

Expect long wait times but it corresponds to Dr. Dohan's attention to your overall health and well being. He takes no shortcuts during interviews, exams or diagnostics and he communicates clearly. I have been a patient for 10+ years and will not change health care services for any reason.

Great physician and worth the wait. He will take all the time you need, so there may be a time you will wait a bit, just know you will get the same care and attention. He is a very caring human and a smart doctor.
