Braden Riley, DO

Been going to Dr. Riley since I was 2 and he's always compassionate and understanding. Listens to all my concerns and always takes the time to make sure he understands. My daughter goes to him now and my husband switched because of how great he was with us. I don't know who the other reviewer was who didn't like him but I've never experienced what they described. He's always got time for us and makes sure that we're well taken care of.

We have been patients of Dr. Riley's for over 30 years. Even when we moved over 45 minutes away, we still kept him as our doctor. He is a wonderful doctor, he listens, does not make you feel rushed and is very conservative about his treatment. He does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist when it is in your best interest. His staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr Riley had been my doctor for 31 years. I recently moved to Greenwood Indiana, so I had to find a new Doctor. Dr. Riley is a wonderful, caring Doctor, and his staff are wonderful too! I understand that he is retiring soon, but he provided me with the best of care while he was my Doctor! Best wishes .. Dr Riley!

I arrived for my 9:30 appointment only to be told it was scheduled at 9:15. Ok, mistakes happen. I was told I had to reschedule, I explained that I was told over the phone to be there at 9:30 and I had driven 20 minutes to be there on time, and if I had to be there at 9:15 I would have been there at that time. They finally agreed to check me in. The nurse was rude when she took me back, because at this point I was apparently an inconvenience. When Dr Riley came in the room he scolded me about yelling at his staff, which I NEVER at any point did. I ended up walking out because I was so disappointed with how I was treated. I've never had an appointment there last longer than a few minutes, they just want you in and out so they can bill your insurance. I was there for a physical and to get lab results, hope I'm OK, I guess my next doctor will be the one to tell about it. Dr Riley doesn't care. Avoid!

Dr. Riley has been my doctor since I was born so over 25 years now. It was a no brainer to return to him once I graduated college and moved to South Bend. He is a careful, compassionate, and competent doctor who does not prescribe you medications at the drop of a hat. Rather than just treat the symptoms he tries to get to the root cause of the issue and help you avoid a lifetime dependency on drugs like other doctors do. I saw some reviews that said he wouldn't prescribe pain medication to someone on here because his records showed them receiving it from their specialist. This doesn't surprise me and makes me more confident in him. He cares about his patients and understands the risks medications have. He won't put anyone in the position to become addicted to a life threatening drug like that no matter the kickbacks a drug company may offer. As far as the office staff goes, they are a ray of sunshine. I'm always greeted with big smiles and kind faces at the desk. I even came in late once because I messed up the times and they even squeezed me in without any negative remarks or attitudes. Bottom line, if you need a good doctor look no further, you found him.
