Had my first appt after being in the Hospital and further testing. Not happy at all with how things went. I didn't need to have this appointment because it was all a waste of time. All I know is I need to have a stress test and another appt. I have blockage to the arteries but no game plan given but a stress test. And when I left I wasn't able to set up follow up appt they will contact me. And all is done on the computer and talking to anybody is impossible unless they call you.
Stephanie Taylor listened to my concerns and questions. She was affirming as well as providing a path forward with specific goals. She was calm, thorough, and open to further discussion.
Everyone was so amazing, welcoming and informative. Not sure why I haven't made the switch from Parkview sooner. Thank you Stephanie and Isaac for taking time with me to explain everything.
