After months of no real progress at IU Health I found myself at Lutheran Hospital Ft Wayne. Within 24 hours I had a diagnosis and treatment plan from Matthew Connor and Dr Cooper. Before I could get in to see a specialist at IU I had my procedure completed. They explained everything and answered all my questions in detail. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would! A great team at EP Lutheran Hospital on W Jefferson!

Very happy with this experience from the check-in to departure. Check in lady was fast friendly and thorough. Nurse was professional, respectful and friendly. It was clear to me that NP Conner was knowledgeable and understood my specific conditions. He was respectful, friendly and explained things to me so that I understood the terminology and condition. He took his time to be sure I understood what was going on, what I needed to do next and what I could expect for my future.

Matthew Conner was very thorough and explained things in a way we could understand. He impressed me when I was seen by him when I was hospitalized last year and this most recent office visit was impressive also. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
