Anupma Lal, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Lal for many years. I cannot express how amazing I think she is. She has taken very good care of me and diagnosed many issues that have helped continue to keep me healthy and strong. I feel that she cares about me as a person and takes the time to understand the circumstances in my life, like stress and anxiety, that may also be affecting my health. She is a wonderful person and doctor and I cannot recommend her enough. 5 stars all the way!

I was new to Indiana & saw Dr. Lal because I needed an H&P clearance for a procedure I needed. She was great in that appointment & I appreciated her comments & what she would like to do if I decided to follow up with her. I did have an appointment with another physician to check it out & that helped me to decide that I wanted to stay with Dr. Lal, she is patient & listens to what you say. I'm lucky I found her.

Dr. Lal has been my primary care physician for several years now. She is always attentive and answers all my questions to my satisfaction. Never in a hurry to rush out before she addresses my concerns. If you are looking for a new pcp, I highly recommend her. Her staff is great also!

The appointment went well, Dr. Lal was able to see me the next day after calling her office. She went above and beyond what I had originally planned to see her about. She addressed my concerns and answered all my questions in a manner of ability to understand her explanation.

I called to schedule an appointment, and the scheduler filled a same day opening. When she came in the room, she greeted me and apologized for the wait, then went on to say, well that's what happens when they try to squeeze people into my schedule the same day. It sounds like she needs to speak with the schedulers about when they are allowed to add appointments instead of blaming the patient. I felt as most of the appointment I was spoken to with condescending tone/attitude.
