I had the pleasure of being cared for by Kyle during my recent surgery, and honestly, they were the MVP of the whole experience. From the moment they introduced themselves, I felt like I was in capable (and surprisingly calm) hands. They explained everything in a way that made sense -- even while I was running on pre-op nerves and my thick sarcasm.
Their professionalism was top-notch, but what really stood out was their sense of humor and humanity. They somehow managed to keep things light while keeping everything 100% professional -- not an easy balance when someone's about to insert a chest tube into your side.
If every PA could be like Kyle, surgeries might almost be... enjoyable? (Okay, maybe not that enjoyable, but close.)
Highly recommend them -- five stars, gold stars, all the stars.

Kyle PA is very knowledgeable and has a lot of compassion. He was able to answer my questions and if he couldn't he would ask Dr. Thomas. I just had a lower right lobectomy. He assured me that the pain I was experiencing was normal. I would have good days and bad days. He reiterated everything that Dr. Thomas had told me to do to help with the healing process. We were getting ready to leave when I remembered the main reason I was looking forward to this appointment. I asked him about my pathology report. He stated that Dr. Thomas would be the one that would have to give me that information. I asked if he got the results and he said,"Yes". My anxiety kicked in. Afraid of the worst. He said he would be right back. He was going to ask, Dr. Thomas if he could come and go over it with me. Kyle came back in and said Dr. Thomas gave him permission to give me the results. He pulled them up on the computer and said," Dr. Thomas it was a surgical success." He said," The results showed there was know signs of cancer. I was in a state of shock. I wanted to give him a hug but I hurt to bad. I definitely will the next time. Dr. Thomas and his PA's, nurses all know there jobs and are very skilled at what they do. I could not ask for a better team!!
