I saw Dr Rose again yesterday. He seems very knowledgeable about things when I ask him. He listens to my concerns and really seems to hear me .I feel he values me as a person, and not just as his patient. His staff is always friendly and kind when I call in or go in person. I like how his nurse, Katie always smiles and has a gentle manner about herself, and how she treats me. I am glad I have them attending to me.

Mixup on my appnt 8/11/25... Dr canceled earlier appnt in Feb, could not tell me why a Followup appnt?? Told her I had a medicar appnt in Aug, to forget it. Next thing I get 8/11/25 , go and find out it's a followup not my medicare appint. 1 day short. Left without seeing Dr and told my Ins will NOT be billed. Now can't make medicare until Oct.

I last visited this place for an annual wellness check a week ago. My doctor, Elizabeth Francis, was extremely thorough, taking twice as much time with me as the appointment scheduled had called for.
