Dr Shopp and her dietician and staff are all amazing. They were very good with talking to and explaining things to my son about his condition, and were very encouraging and helpful. Dr Shopp was able to get my son's familial high cholesterol down after just one visit after we found out it was pretty high and an issue - and it's stayed down for a little over a year so far. Very knowledgeable and friendly!
Dr Ross makes both my daughter and I feel seen and heard. He makes the very informative appts fun and interactive. I learned more in my first appointment with him regarding my daughters heart than I had in almost 2 years with another physician. Dr Ross also has kids my daughter's age so he was able to relate to her instantly. Can't Thank him or his staff enough!!
We felt like the physician did not listen to us at all, and just immediately chalked my daughter's issues up to being anxiety and then immediately went to try to put her on a beta blocker. We will not be back to this office and we will be getting a second opinion from Peyton Manning cardiology. my daughter has been passing out at random times along with other symptoms and the physician refused to do any other testing and just tried to put her on medication without even finding out what is causing her to lose consciousness randomly. My daughter is healthy very active in sports and to that he stated that she was an overachiever and that clearly she's just stressed and anxious and that's what's causing this even though my daughter continuously told him that she does not ever feel stressed or anxious. Very poor experience. Not to mention, we drove a very long way for this appointment and waited a long time to get in as they continually failed to respond to her referral and it took weeks for them to actually give us a call back to which they stated "they didn't know what happened, but someone should've called us sooner".

BEST experience at a hospital for my mom and I! Everyone was so friendly. Everything went smooth from start to finish. My eco was quick and enjoyable talking to the lady and watching a movie I liked. My new doctor is a perfect fit for me knowing that I was the last one she was so kind to listen to everything I wanted to tell her and give me detailed information answering all my questions very well. They even gave me some extra information about what I had done just cuz I asked a lot of questions so they thought I may wanted to read some more about it which was so kind. Glad I could have some laughs with everyone and definitely worth making the trip up there when I have too:)
