Dr. Rigas & his staff are great. I was able to schedule on phone & treated with compassion & promptness. A few days later, staff was kind, friendly, & thorough at appointment. Dr. Rigas answered all of my questions & took his time to Listen & Evaluate my condition. His office was able to schedule me for surgery quickly & was very knowledgeable. I'm a retired registered nurse that worked in surgery & very impressed by staff. I really appreciate all of them.

I was very impressed. She studied my file and scans, made a diagnosis, and came up with a plan for resolution before we met. Very thorough and informative.

Dr. Rigas is incredibly kind, but was not able to offer advice or help. He recommended a follow-up and let us know his office staff would reach out, but they have not done so (we think they completely forgot). Now we've received our invoice for $270 for a 15-minute office visit. Ouch!

0 stars! Absolutely terrible! These people do not care about their patients. We went to the building beside the one this was in even though it states #375 was in the building we went in ( we even called and asked them where they are and I told them my name to let them know I went to wrong building but am walking over) walked over to the building they actually are in, all stuff that isn't our fault what so ever and drove an hour away and they wouldn't let me be seen said they had to reschedule. Said well the person you spoke with didnt let the dr youre seeing know. Again not my problem & what would that have done? Literally 10 minutes because of all this mess that we had no control over and they said no you can't be seen, we have to reschedule 4wks away. Waiting room had 1 single person in it, yet I can't be seen. I'm someone who has pain everyday and has waited awhile for this appt and lives an hour away and had to make arrangements for my kids and work schedule so it's INSANELY careless. I've never met a Dr facility like this. Even if I could get in with them I would never choose this office again. It definitely shows they aren't in it for the right reasons.

Dr. Rigas and his team are awesome, as is the office staff. The atmosphere is friendly and professional. Dr. Rigas takes the time to review what is going on, changes and provides useful guidance. I have been a patient of his for nearly 20 years, and I could not be happier about the service and care I have received.
