The Doctor is awesome. The office not so much. It's impossible to get through to a triage nurse. I called to have my heart meds refilled a week prior to running out. 3 days later still not refilled. This is a a med you cannot just abruptly stop taking. The whole situation is giving me terrible anxiety. I understand they are busy but this is ridiculous having to call and nag & beg to get a medication refilled. I'd love to find a more organized office but there isn't much choice in this town as IU is the only option so they have you over a barrel. Not happy at all
