From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, efficient and through. I was seen on time. The nurse Sam was so kind, she explained everything she was doing and was very efficient. Dr Zawacki is not only a incredible physician but a kind and caring person. I never once felt I was being rushed. He took the time to explain in detail everything I didn't understand. He came up with a plan to help reduce my heart risks. He made me feel that he really cared. I left with a positive outlook. He asked several times if I had any questions. No one wants to have to see a cardiologist, but I am so relieved that Dr Zawacki is the one I was blessed to see.
