My dad had congestive heart failure he would fill up with fluid. We would call them to tell them he needed a thoracentesis they ignored our calls or would say it was to early yet. One day we went in and the fluid had pushed his lungs to his ribs. Then he got so full of fluid both his lungs partially collapsed and he died 3 weeks later.
My first experience was two years ago with Dr. Raza and I thought he was exceptional in his professionalism and kindness. Now again this year I needed to have a test prior to having some surgery and I was super anxious, which my heart-rate certainly did confirm to the lovely ladies that took care of me. I can't say enough wonderful things about Stephanie, Brandy, and Darla. They went above and beyond to take the necessary time needed to make sure I was comfortable. They were professional, kind, respectful, thoughtful, sensitive, and threw in a bit of humor. Fabulous experience! Highly recommend! You will be treated well from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. Everyone showed expertise at their job and made a great team!
Dr. Raza and Nurse Practitioner Dana Beaver and their staff are the absolute best at what they do. Always courteous and willing to take the time listen to and answer my questions and concerns. They have literally added years to my life and for that I am forever grateful that we have such great professionals at the HAVC in Bedford, Indiana.
