I was interested in becoming a patient here, but after dealing with the receptionist, I will absolutely not be coming. She was so rude and dismissive that it completely turned me away before I could even schedule an appointment. A receptionist is the first impression of any medical practice, and unfortunately, this one made it a terrible experience. No matter how good the doctors might be, one rude receptionist can ruin the entire practice. I'll be sharing my experience with friends and neighbors in the area so they know to avoid this office as well.

Its always a very positive experience from the front door to the exam room. Phone calls, text messages, etc always returned. No wait for Appointments, usually the next day. I have been with Dr.Stern for 20 years, one of the best. You never feel rushed always have time to listen and get to know your personality not just your illness The nurses and office staff are great, they are very personable and willing to help in every way .

Went to see Dr. Sheridan on a referral from my Functional Medicine Practitioner. I had come off a bout of bacterial pneumonia and needed to see a pulmonologist. Dr. Sheridan could not have been more professional and straight forward. His positive and very friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable and confident of his ability to help me. I highly recommended Dr. Sheridan and will engage him for future medical needs.

I would recommend anyone who needs a doctor to consider Dedication Health. My husband has had many medical issues and multiple hospital stays. With this comes the unfortunate knowledge that there is no one to coordinate your care, assess test results, and give you the best information for making medical decisions. Each specialist sees things through the eyes of their specialty. People don't fit into specialty boxes, they need a doctor to function like a strategist; take in all the test results, medical opinions, and condition of the patient then plan the best course of treatment for that individual. That is what Dr. Sheridan had done for us. He answers and returns our calls, consults with other doctors on our behalf, and has offered excellent medical advice. I believe my husband is alive and healthy today because of the excellent care he has received from Dr. Sheridan and the staff at Dedication Health.

You have the most remarkable way to practice medicine. 1. Dr Croghan has done a magnificent job of building a beautiful facility, adorning the outdoorway with beautiful flowers, indoors the pictures and decoration are most pleasing, and of course the equipment is outstanding. 2 The staff is friendly, courteous and competent. I always come for little things like a shot to give the practice all the income possible. 3.Professional doctors never seem rushed, are always pleasant and thorough, as well as in touch with specialists with on the computer or in person. 4. Exceptional experiences: A. I called Dr.Croghan on a Saturday night and he answered while on vacation in Florida!!! B. Called the office and did not know how I would get there for an appointment--Robert, who is uncanny with his curb service, offered to pick me up at home!!!! Thank you all for making me comfortable, more heathy and knowing there is nothing you won't do to take care of my health. Edwin J.Simon
