We had a great experience at Greater Family Health! The staff was nice, friendly, and very good with our kids. The reception area was clean, welcoming, and the staff were quick and friendly. The lobby and exam rooms were clean and well-maintained. Overall, a very positive experience

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, went here arrived 5 minutes before our appointment, front desk person would not accept us since we were not 15 minutes early. They suggested we become a walk in if no one shows up for a 1:45 appointment at this point they didn't show up 15 minutes early either, but the front desk person said there going to wait to see if they show up until 5 minutes before their appointment. So it's okay if certain people don't make it 15 minutes before their appointment but not for others. That particular employee picks favorites and does not deserve to work in the medical field

I have been coming to the clinic for a long time and I am pleased with then doctors and staff that have seen me and my children..now adults. The doctors are very kind, caring and supportive and they will help you on all your health needs.

My 3 kids' pediatrician are here. We absolutely love here. Doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to our concerns. The staff is so friendly and efficient, and the waiting room is always clean and comfortable. We have never had any issues with wait times, and our kids always feels comfortable during their visits. Highly recommend!
