Great medical office ,wonderful staff ladies Kimberley and Holly always treated great and welcoming when I needed them very respectfully.also Nurse Mayra is very kind and super nice. Dr Imari Patel was very nice and helpful in explaining how to take the medicine or vaccine or other medical treatment for whole my family.she's very friendly and I'm glad to have been there for many years. At the end I have very good sisters are working in this location.thanks so much.
We followed Dr. Monson here. We've had a few appointments already, sick visits, annual visits scheduled online and Flu shot clinic, strategically organized on a school holiday! We have loved our doctor for years and now this office has only improved our experiences. Front desk staff is friendly and attentive and I have no complaints about billing. (Both unlike our last office) Also this office can help with quicker sick appointments if you call instead of book an appointment online or on the MyNM app.
I saw Dr. Patel and she was wonderful. She listened attentively, asked questions, and had an overall delightful demeanor. I'm very happy to have her as my PCP now.
