Dr. Kemp is a fine doctor in that he always throughly seeks the answers to the medical problems of his patients. But it is his humanity that speaks best for him. His patient's are people. He has never lost sight of his common decency and their individual humanity. I'm pleased he's my doctor because I doubt my presence today with out his care. Doctor is fine - but make sure you don't need to contact the office or need them to forward any sort of documentation to an insurance company. Completely dropped the ball, taking weeks to fax over a complete form. Yes, they sent it after many delays and requests, and it was incomplete. I and my insurance company have tried for days on end to communicate with them that they need to simply check a box.
