This is the best team of medical staff I have ever seen. I'd like to have them around if I ever get sick again. The doctor was busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there. The department staff is wonderful, the nurses are professional and very thorough.

I made this appointment to discuss symptoms associated with possible celiac disease. Within 3 minutes of arrival The office manager welcomed me by name. I was weighed and directed to an exam room where the assistant took my vitals and reviewed my medication list with me. By the way, This entire place is always spotless and fresh feeling. Less than 5 minutes of waiting before Tanya, Dr. Kostiv's medical student came in. She asked questions, allowed me all the time I needed to tell my story, asked clarifying questions and double-checked her notes. Not rushed at all. Next, Dr. Kostiv entered the room, asked how I'm doing, asked further relevant questions and checked me over. He,too, listened very carefully and we developed a plan for further blood testing and referrals to GI and Dermatology. Initial blood draw was taken, I was given the necessary paperwork and on my way in under an hour total. I have known Dr. Kostiv for about 18 years and have changed my insurance MCO in order to stay with him. Strongly recommend.
