You've been reported to the IL Medical Board as well as Molina and Medicare. You asked me in recovery "How can I fix it" "How do I make this right" NEVER make anyone fear for their safety during medical care would be a great start.
Furthermore, your colleagues trying to cover your tracks and superiors dodging phone calls cannot take back the actions you chose on 03-15-24 @ 9:00 am in Urbana, IL.
