First off, I really liked Dr Zaverdas. He was knowledgeable and kind. My review in no way reflects him or his care. The review is because of the terrible service and attitudes of one of the people I spoke to at the front desk today. I spent 4 hours being bounced around from estimates, billing, some other department, and then finally her. This was after an hour the day before speaking to multiple different departments and my insurance. I kindly explained what happened and what my insurance said. We went back and forth a little, and eventually I started getting a little frustrated, as she kept telling me she couldn't help me and to call my insurance (which I explained I already did). As someone who was a bank manager for many years, if I had a customer who said they had spent hours talking to other departments, I am no longer making it their problem. I would be calling to figure out what is happening, ensuring them I will call them back once I figure it out. Even as I cried because of how much time I spent with two small children at all, she was unforgiving and unwilling to help me at all. I was really disappointed by the level of care and kindness.
