SIU Medicine Cardiothoracic Surgery

Every time I schedule an appointment with my cardiologist it gets canceled and rescheduled and then canceled only to be rescheduled with his nurse practitioner. I have see the doctor only one time for about five minutes on my first visit there. Now today I drive fifty minutes for a scheduled appointment only to be told they don't have me on the books, and I am looking at my appointment card as I write this. They inform me the doctor is not in the office and would I like them to schedule me an appointment? I told them no since my current appointment isn't being honored. I also told them I am going to bill the doctor!

Every one here has always taken great care of me. They are all very polite and concerned with my well being. Only thing I wish is I could reach them on ph. easier, yet I understand. I pray for all of them and thank God for them all. Would do anything for any of them. Personal thank you to Ashley Brown.

Although my experience in office was generally good. The receptionist was rude, and I can't get any test results. I've called numerous times without success.

They refused to let me see a doctor after my ob wanted me to see them after I called and said I would be late really do not appreciate it especially having to leave work for it to be told it needs rescheduled 6 month pregnant women shouldn't have to deal with that
