The doctor was great. Explained things to me that I could understand. Staff was a pleasure to work with. Making the appointment was a little confusing. The person on the phone gave me the wrong location to go to. This was my first visit.

Everyone treated and welcomed me well; I was treated with respect at all times. However, I'm giving this review 4 stars for two reasons: First, every time I went, they were very unpunctual. They would call to make sure I arrived on time, but once I got there, I was made to wait around an hour past my scheduled appointment time. Second, I don't doubt that Dr. Nassir is very good--there's a reason he has so many patients--but personally, when he attended to me, I felt like he didn't pay attention to what I was saying. He would even interrupt me to ask if there was anything else I wanted to mention, even though I hadn't finished explaining the first issue. When I showed him where I was in pain, he wouldn't even get up to look; I felt like I was talking to myself, until I had to insist that he please pay attention to me.

I met Dr Nasir after he took over Dr. Cheng's practice (after almost 30 plus years with Dr, Cheng) so it was hard for both my husband & I at first, BUT, Dr. Nasir is a very knowledgeable, competent, and kind physician and gives you the attention that you are his only patient of the day and listens to you and makes sure you have your concerns answered.

dr have to have human touch that is dr saifulah nasir great profesional who realy now medical profesion in his hand staff is also profesional and dedicated thanky dr for taking care my health needs.
