Doctor is very pleasant to talk to and provides any needed information about my issues. It's a pleasure to come into the office for a visit. The staff are kind and knowledgeable as well.

He is a great physician in Hoffman Estates dealing with Cardio patients. Experienced as well. Advices on right recommendations and health benefits to overcome the cardio issues. I highly recommend his service to others.

Front and appointment desks at end of visit are very friendly an helpful. My physician assistant was very detailed about all my concerns for the visit. The office room was equipped with a digital information board with detailed information regarding many conditions. Best of all Dr. Balouch was kind, reviewed my chart numbers with me in depth an helped me to plan my strategy for bettering my chart numbers before my next visit. I feel very comfortable working with Dr. Balouch and his team to help me achieve my goal.

My visit with Dr. Balouch today was very rewarding. I've now graduated to a 6 month visit instead of 3. Thanks for taking good care of me! He's one of the best doctors I know.

It was a pleasure to meet with Dr Balouch for the first time (I had been with Dr Nazarian for a while). He took the time to review my history and current assessments in a very understandable manner. Tho I will miss Dr N, I am very happy with the change.
