I scheduled a new patient appointment that was over a month out, the earliest I could get an appointment even though the office was aware it was urgent. 3 weeks later her office called to cancel the appointment wanting to reschedule for an even further date. I expect that an office /dr that wants their patients to care about their time, the same from them. The doctor should have closed this period of time off on the schedule in advance, not when patients are allowed to book appointments, or work around the schedule just like patients have to work around their work schedule to make an appointment. I find this highly unprofessional and unethical. Also, in my experience working with cardiologists, I find this is a huge red flag in that drs who do this are not accessible when you need them or at the least treat you less important than their other patients. I'm assuming this may be the reason for the review that states how horrible it is for people to leave low reviews with no explanation.
