Very disappointed. He used to be a great Doctor. Quality of service has gone down. 1) Never calls back when the labs results come in (even if the results are not normal). Not even once. need to follow up at least 5 times to get this done 2) Overbooks appointments and rushes when we meet for diagnosis. Very less time spent of diagnosis since there are other patients waiting 3) Will ask to wait when in the reception area after lab or EKG is done. but will not meet to discuss the issues in the results or treatment. After an hr or 2 hrs the nurse will say 'Dr is busy you may leave we will call you'.... the call never comes...

I was so disappointed. Dr. A Patel was dismissive regarding my health issues, not asking any personal questions about my past medical history. When I shared some very personal history regarding a family member, he could care less. He read information that was put in the computer. Felt very rushed with wrong and incomplete information placed in chart. Wrong medication dosing, that was called into my pharmacy. 5 phone calls later, finally gave the correct dose. I felt like I was an inconvenience being there. I have been in the healthcare field for over 20 years and have never been treated so poorly as a patient. Needless to say , I will not be returning.

They are not open 7 days a week if they only accept emergencies on Sundays. This should have been stated better on their web site and google listing, it's a bit misleading.

Excellent doctor. Excellent analysis...dot on target after visiting multiple doctors before.
