UnityPoint Health - Trinity Rock Island Hospital

My boyfriend was brought here by ambulance, and I was so impressed with the care he got. The ER was clean, fast, and the doctors actually listened and were thorough. When he was admitted to the 7th floor, his nurse Willow and CNAs Sydney and Maya were amazing -- so kind and attentive. I've been to other hospitals like OSF St. Francis and St. Luke, but Trinity honestly stands out. It's cleaner, faster, and the staff truly care. Only small downside was no cot for me to sleep on and the cafe not taking cash, but overall such a great experience for a scary situation. Definitely deserves more positive reviews!

These guys need a zero. I had a knee surgery have been begging for pain meds and water for hours. Seriously, no one working on this floor? I limped down the hall with a walker for help was met with an attitude. Came by for a blood pressure check and said they would send someone else in. Computer is the most important tool patients health is last. My advice run. Ill be seeking an attorney and another hospital in the AM.

If I could make this - I would. This is a horrible place. I watched a guy collaspe in the waiting room and none of the staff did anything. That gentleman was even brought in by ambulance and seated in waiting room. Their response was they have no beds. My daughter wad tripled over in abdominal pain and they said they could not do anything until a bed opens up. This is horrible, horrible place. Going on 4th hour of waiting to get seen.

In September I had to be rushed to this Hospital because I had a kidney bleed. Thank God and Everyone in the ICU for SAVING MY LIFE!!! We APPRECIATE YOU DR.HINTON AND EVERYONE IN THE ICU!! GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!! I Can't forget Dr.Hawk!!!!

One of most disgusting hospitals I've seen. Rude lazy nurses that do not care about patients. Update 1:33 pm. My mom is still sitting in the emergency room. Hasn't had vital medications that she takes for seizures and no food! Nothing but excuses!
