Midwest Cardiovascular Institute

Had a breakdown today which forced me to call the office and inform them that I was going to be roughly 30 minutes late for my procedure. I arrived only 20 minutes late and was informed that I was too late because they have a 15 minute grace period. (This I will remember when I wait any longer than that. I was not told this when I called. I was told it's because I need contrast for the test. (I found out later when I tried to schedule the test at the hospital not to be true). I was unable to reschedule the test before the follow up visit with my doctor. I did indeed call and inform the staff of this situation and I'm waiting to see if they put two and two together or if I just show up with a deck of cards for all the good it's going to do. I'm really impressed with how concerned they were about me getting this test done and how important it was to do. Right up until now . I guess after 15 minutes it's not very important anymore ( I mean it's just an echo right?) next available is in January. Love dr Qaqi he is great and has taken great care of me. I hope he ends up with a support staff that is capable of keeping up him. Right now I'm deciding if he just lost a patient.

I have had a great experience with the doctors, PAs, and nurse practitioners here. They saved my life and provide excellent follow up care. They always take time to answer questions. However, I could not give 5-stars based on interactions with the office. It is often stressful to talk to them, wait time for call backs can be very long, refill requests often do not get processed until I come into office, their communication is often unclear. I wish it wasn't so stressful to interact with the cardiologist's office. Overall, I am thankful for Midwest Cardiology and the care I receive there.

Dr. Ann Davis is an excellent physician. She truly does care about her patients. I highly recommend her for all my medical needs.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Davis is kind, very informant and always makes sure I understand everything. Great facility.

I have been with Dr Ann Davis for almost 5 years now and she is excellent nice, friendly, patient and a very detailed dr. I would recommend anyone to her.
