And they fail to notice anything the first time. You will lose limbs in this place. No joke. They want your insurance card and your money. They do not care about your life. Idc if there is a few good nurses and doctors. The hospital as a whole is trash. Blood hanging from the wall and poop on the floor in a shared room. The other person has been gone a few hours. Clean it up and do better.

I went to Osf ER and had a cast that was cutting off my circulation prior to my ER visit. Dr Czarnecki treated me. He is one of the best Doctors I have ever had at a hospital. He was very nice, honest, caring and very prompt on helping me. I thank you so much Doc. You will save many lives for sure.

Wow this place use too be a great place. As of my current experience dealing with this hospital due to my loved one being here. The lack of communication with case workers. You don't find out anything until the last minute. And some questions never get answered that you inquired about no matter how much you reach out or ask at the hospital. Phone calls never returned. You hardly ever talk to doctors they use to make rounds to the patients a lot more during your stay. Also after major surgeries not speaking to the surgeon in person but by phone call. Nurses stretched so thin that it makes it hard on them to care for the patients as they should. You can see and feel the frustration. Leaving fall risk people alone for more than a hour in a recliner and u walk in and your loved one is almost on the floor. It's truly heartbreaking. Make sure that you check on your loved one everyday (Period)

I was struck by a car 10/24/25 in Lasalle IL. I was then, life flighted to Peoria, Il. Upon my arrival I didn't remember much. After one day and 2 surgeries... I finally started to remember. I tried my hardest to ask nurses or doctors for info regarding my situation about my pain. On 10/25/25 they denied me IV meds although I was in significant amount of pain. It just so happens that day Anne Marie Klein (PT nurse instructor) was here to go over stretches and whatever else was included in the day. She honestly gave me hope. She could sense how much pain I was in and asked about my situation. She made everything right within the hour. I'm not sure if I had a single person in my life who made me feel equal, cared for, and important. She made sure I was comfortable, and she explained everything thoroughly. I just wanna give big praise to her. She was so busy but always made sure I was alright. She truly is an amazing woman!

They killed my aunt. Didn't even try to save her. Upped the medicine that made it impossible o broth then said she couldn't breath on her own. First day she wasn't brain dead and things looked positive. Couple days later- she's brain dead. A day later- she's not brain dead because she's moving and breathing and her hearts beating on its own. She's reacting. Couple weeks later while insurance decides it's not worth to try to keep a forty year old woman alive for her babies and children. OSF agrees tries taking her organs, tried convincing us to donate her organs before they even said she was brain dead. Then took her off of everything and killed her. Someone she didn't like came in the room her blood pressure would go crazy. Tell me that's brain dead. Horrible place. Literally will kill for an extra bed. If they don't fit the exact perfect, have money, good insurance, beautiful face and body's then they don't care. Built on God? You guys don't even save the person infront of you. They constantly compared her to a chicken with its head cut off. Ya know because a chicken can run around over a month with no head... and a Hume being created in the image of God compared to a chicken?? You guys are an absolute joke. Will never ever trust bringing any family here ever. Disgusting.
