Receiving bills ( yes, I am insured ) but no actual Blood work results. Sent to Specialist w NO Follow up or Actual procedure done but a BILL. Anytime a place still have bills to send you but no results - RUN. Cardiologist used a stethoscope for 15 seconds, then said " I don't hear any blockage. " WHAT !!!!!!!!? You are JESUS Now ? YOU , Dr. G. Matos, can HEAR Blockage in Arteries w a mere stethoscope ?? SO done running around Peoria w Referrals but NO REAL Communication, Results, or Actual Procedure.
HOW complicated is it to schedule a STRESS TEST !
They are ok IF you have a cold or something lite NOT anything serious bc the way they drag their feet is insane. I got a bill for a procedure that never happened. I'm not here for smooth talking ; HERE for Results & My health. Play smooth talkers w the elders so they cling on. I see right past it. He didn't do ANYTHING BUT LISTEN for my appointment. No Follow up. No tests done. No tests scheduled. No exam. NOTHING BUT Conversation. No Bueno -

My experience was super positive. The girls were helpful, attentive and kind. Had trouble locating the office, need some signs! Lol! I was so glad to finally see my doctor and old friend. Dr. Matos has been caring for me 20 years. No way did I want a different doctor. As a cardiologist, he has been very thorough, very careful with me as I have a multitude of issues. Dr. Matos knows my heart, in and out. I trust him with my life.
