I switched to a new practice after awful experiences and am so angry at the level of care a practice like this provides. Terrible at returning calls for important care needs, made serious errors and very judgemental without asking questions.

Worst experience of my life. Dr. Zak was awful to my father and me. My father was terminally ill and she would not answer my messages for days or weeks. When I went to the office for assistance, she threatened me and said if I came to the office again for assistance that she would throw me out. Another of her colleagues chimed in and started yelling at me and gave the doctor false information. So disheartening when your loved one is very sick and needs medical attention. Dr. Zak failed my father and my family when we needed her the most. Her behavior is called medical negligence. The front staff do not belong in healthcare. I regret coming to this practice and glad we have moved on.

The billing and overall representative are terrible. They billed me for wrong issues for over $7,000, and I wrote numerous messages, and they said they will look into it. I regularly checked the inbox, but no response. After 4 months, I called they said they will look into it again despite they said they escalated to the higher management. After 4 months, they finally corrected and sent the claim refund back to my insurance. Their billing are very expensive. They even sent my bill to collection agency. If I don't check my insurance claims, I wouldn't find out these wrongful charges. They don't bother to call me to let me know what's going on or they tried their best. Oh, they don't ever apologize for their mistakes. It's all truth here since I don't have time to write a review if I don't know them.

This place is absolutely trash. There's a receptionist, I believe her name is Mary who is absolutely RUDE. I had an appointment at 1:40 but because my insurance card had a different doctors name, I had to call the company, took over an hour which then caused me to have to wait at this unorganized mess of a practice for over 2 and a half hours. I recommend you go elsewhere because these people only come in for the check and don't care about the patients and know nothing. Every single one of these people are clueless

Excellent. The anti coagulation lab is supremely efficient. No waiting. No BS. GREAT attention to detail. Thanks to JOAN for making it happen. A pleasant experience at a medical facility. Can not often use those words in the same sentence.
