Today July 30,2015 I stopped in to have someone verify that payments (Ballad Rd office) I have made have been applied to my account because recent statements showed them unpaid. The billing in Oakbrook is a couple of months behind in posting payments. I met with Sophia Allen for about 15 minutes, she checked my account and was very helpful and efficient and pleasant. She is a great representative.
