I saw Dr. Al-Khaled because my PCP referred me to him. My insurance is telling me he is in Network. Dr. Al-Khaled order an Ultrasound an he didn't write it correctly the wrong test was performed at a free standing location and I paid for it. He waived same test now performed at his office. I need surgery, now it turns out that I was never to be seen by Dr. Al-Khaled because he is not in Network with my insurance . Patty and Diane called me from billing very rude and yelling at me that I cannot have surgery there because Dr. Al-Khaled is not in Network. Why am I being yelling at? My PCP referred me to Dr. Al-Khaled? Diane from billing even said, "you have a very limited MarketPlace insurance ". She said, "it's not my fault that you chose this insurance "..very rude, no professionalism. In other words, if your poor and cannot afford to pay for a good insurance don't come here? We don't want you? I Will be asking for my test that was performed there. And never come back to this office again. My rating is a 0.
