Rita Oganwu

At first I thought it was a language barrier that prevented Dr.Rita Oganwu and I from meeting in the middle on issues. No that isn't the case at all. She has the NASTIEST ATTITUDE! To the point of disrespecting her patients! I witnessed her berating staff then she continued to complain about them to me. I'm not comfortable listening to you tell me how bad the staff you hired is! I'm not feeling well and coming to the Dr is already a vulnerable position to be in, so you want to be CARED for in the most respectful manner. My experiences reflect that DR RITA DOESN'T CARE about her patients or and staff. She wants money. Often pushing her overpriced vitamins that you can get from Amazon (exact match) for less. THEN she asks patients to leave her a good review because she's trying to bury the reviews where people are honest about her toxic behavior practices. Do yourself some justice and find a Dr. with better bedside manner. And you'll be doing your wallet a favor as well.

I've been coming to Dr. Oganwu since 2019 and every experience I've had confirms my choice was a good one. I love that I can talk to her and she gives it to me straight no chaser. I went to the ER last year really sick and they didn't do a thing. I mean NOTHING. But when I had my appointment with Dr. O I left with 5 Rx and two in office treatments. (I was pretty sick) SHE and only she got me well again and I'm grateful for her. She wouldn't even let me go back to work when I thought I could, she said I needed to rest. I respect her and I also feel like she's an extended part of my family. She's never forced anything on me and has always asked me what I wanted to do after her suggestions. I even asked her to change one of my therapies because of cost, then when I learned the first one was best for me, she changed it back without hesitation. I'll continue to be her patient until change says otherwise and I'll always recommend her to anyone who asks. You may have to wait a little when you get there, but I never feel rushed out and she and her staff have always made me feel welcomed.
