Lowell H. Steen, Jr., MD

Lowell is one of the top cardiologists in the country in my opinion. I have been seeing him since the early 2000's, after successful bypass surgery in California. He is very interested in his patient. He listens. He is kind and treats patients like human beings, not just another body. I can't say enough good things about Lowell. I trust him and his knowledge/wisdom. He is awesome!!!

Dr. Steen and his nurse Mary are highly qualified specialists in Cardiology. During my visit Dr. Steen with great attention addressed an episode of high blood pressure I suffered. He thoroughly examined me and listened patiently to what I wanted to tell him. In the conclusion of the visit he prescribed me a new medication and explained in details how I should take it. The visit was productive and useful. I am happy to be a patient of Dr. Steen. Two days prior to this visit I called Dr. Steen office's nurse Mary and she was very helpful, polite and full with desire to come to the right decision. Her friendliness is precious.

Dr. Steen is a total professional. He shows concern for his patients and has a true concern for their health and well being. I have been his patient for 13 years and my respect for him has only increased over the years.

Everyone in the cardio department is very kind and thoughtful. As for Dr. Steen he is an amazing doctor, I wouldn't be hear today if he had saved my life.

Courteous and cheerful looking staff. Pleasant cardiologist. You don't feel like that you are being rushed. Considerate with patient who is not proficient in the English language as I heard in the interaction between the patient & nurse in the next examining room.
