All staff were pleasant, but extremely disorganized. I waited two hours for what should have been a twenty minute test. My appointment was coded as a consultation when I clearly said it was for a test. An assistant asked me a long series of questions, all of which I had already answered on my online intake form. Then a second assistant came and asked all the same questions a second time. Eventually the error was discovered and I got my test quickly, but was told to wait because the doctor would immediately review and meet me to explain the results. I waited another forty minutes and was handed a paper report, with no consultation, that could have easily been emailed to me.

This was my first medical visit to Dr. Mohamed. Great first impression. He is very personable with great communication skills. He took his time asking me lots of questions and answered all my questions trying to calm me down. It seemed like a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. I feel like I am in very good hands and I am very confident in his care.

Dr Mohamed is an excellent surgeon. When you need a doctor to fix someone's heart, you need someone you can trust. I trust Dr Mohamed with any loved one. And his bedside manner and sense of humor are great!

It's all about finding out how to stay and be healthy in your life no matter what age you are. And it is important to have a good relationship with your doctor and staff as well.
