Patient Reviews

Patient

i would give a zero if i could, they do not care at all and are very rude, especially olivia. michael hushion sucks too

Patient

They don't follow AHA guidelines for blood pressure monitoring.Over 5 years & a total of 7 visits...the nurse always rushes the test...never allowing the patient to relax. The AHA recommends 5 min in a relaxed environment before testing! I also had 2 appointments cancelled by the Dr. over a period of a year with no reason given.Avoid this office and look elsewhere!

Patient

The worst medical office I've ever encountered. Missed their call to schedule an appointment as I cannot have my phone as work. Called back immediately and the switchboard operator will tell you that "they will not answer the phone and to leave a voicemail". What kind of place has receptionist / schedulers that won't answer the phone? Its so bizarre. Their entire workflow is basically one incompetent person that "goes through a list and will call you". Does not matter if you give them an updated number or ask to simply speak with someone. I am clearly not the first to have issues with their receptionists (Tiffany) and won't be the last. Today I have a voicemail stating "I don't know what test you are referring to" Oh, I idk the same one you left me a voicemail to schedule? Just ask your Dr. to refer you to another location and save yourself from dealing with these people.

I have a referral to see one of their doctors for an ongoing and troubling problem I've been having. It has been a week later and I still have not been able to even set up an appointment. At one point they actually called me back, just to transfer me to a voicemail to leave another message. Might as well have computers answer the phones.

I have not been able to reach the one point of contact that you have to go through in order to process a request for a heart monitor. I am currently pregnant and it has been over three weeks now that my primary care has ordered the monitor. I first received a missed call from Tiffany on September 26th stating that she is in office mon-Fri 830am -430pm, within mins of getting the missed phone call, I tried to return the call but it went to straight to voicemail around 11am. I have since called over 20 times leaving multiple voicemails to return my phone calls throughout last and this week. I finally received a phone call back on October 3rd which I unfortunately missed due to being at work. Again, I have reached out multiple times without any response. It's impossible to reach Tiffany unless you are waiting by your phone 24/7 since she does not answer any phone calls when she insists you call her back.
